Kmart #3321 was a Kmart discount department store located at 12005 Elam Road in Balch Springs, Texas.[1] The store opened on November 13, 1975 as the 15th Kmart in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, and the 53rd Kmart in Texas.[2] In 1993, the store would be remodeled and expanded from a Group 3 full-size Kmart, with a grand re-opening ceremony on April 25.[3] In 1998, the store would be converted to Big Kmart. The store ultimately closed on April 13, 2003,[4] and was torn down for The Home Depot 555.[5]
