Kmart #4302 was a Kmart discount department store located at Kmart Plaza, 6327 Stewart Road in Galveston, Texas.[1] The store opened on July 17, 1969,[2] would be expanded and remodeled from a pre-1972 full-size model Kmart on September 9, 1993,[3] and converted to one of the first 24 Big Kmarts in Texas on November 14, 1997.[4] The store closed on April 13, 2003.[5]
