Kmart #4354 was a Kmart discount department store located at Kmart Plaza, 6701 University Avenue in Lubbock, Texas.[1] The store was originally planned to open on May 14, 1970,[2] but was delayed to May 18 due to a major tornado that struck the city on May 11.[3] The store closed on July 9, 1995, when it was replaced by Kmart 4972.[4]
