Kmart #4794 was a Super Kmart Center discount department store located at 3500 Joslyn Road in Auburn Hills, Michigan. The store opened November 19, 1992,[1] and closed March 21, 2003. The store, not far from Kmart headquarters in Troy, was intended to serve as a prototype This is a link to a Wikipedia article for future Kmart stores.[2] It was also planned to complement nearby unbuilt Auburn Mills mall, which later opened as Great Lakes Crossing.[3] [4]
