The store opened on November 14, 1999,[1] in the former site of Kmart #4092, which closed the previous year and was remodeled to the Big Kmart format before opening.[2] It closed in December 2018.[1] On May 11, 2018, a Kmart Employee was Stabbed and Killed. The Police Said, “ The Kmart employee, Jeffery Campbell, 31, was stabbed several times in the neck.” [3]
