The store was previously designated as Macy's Central #11 and Macy's Midwest #103.[1][2] It opened in 2005. The store originally opened in 1977, and before its conversion to Macy's, it was operating as Lazarus #11.[3] The store's Home departments are located in a separate building within the mall, which originally opened in 1994.[4]
