McDonald's #91 is a McDonald's restaurant located at 1587 Shawano Avenue, Green Bay, Wisconsin.[1] The fourth McDonald's location to open in the state of Wisconsin,[2] and one of the first 100 nationwide, the restaurant received a $35,000 building permit in August 1958[3] and opened on May 15, 1959.[4][5][6] The Speedee sign, one of the only remaining original signs of its kind in the United States, was restored in 2005.[2]
