4412 Chantilly Place was originally built for a Chick-fil-A restaurant in the year 2000; the owner of the restaurant was Peter Kim. CFA at 4412 Chantilly Place would close its doors in 2017, and would relocate down the street to [[4201 Chantilly Shopping Center (Chantilly, Virginia)|4201 Chantilly Shopping Center]] shortly thereafter.
