Target T-1542, also known as Austin East, is a Target discount department store located at Capital Plaza, 5621 North Interstate 35 in Austin, Texas.[1] The store opened on July 23, 2003, followed by a formal grand opening ceremony on July 27. In 2022, the store was remodeled to P17. Prior to Target, the site was previously occupied by Montgomery Ward 1382.[2]
