Target T-1877, also known as Port Arthur, is a Target discount department store located at Central Mall, 3100 Highway 365 in Port Arthur, Texas.[1] The store opened on March 2, 2004, with a formal grand opening ceremony on March 7.[2] In 2019, the store would be remodeled to P19.[3]
