Target T-83, also known as Lubbock University Ave, is a Target discount department store located at 7302 University Avenue in Lubbock, Texas.[1] The store opened on February 25, 1980,[2] with a formal grand opening ceremony on March 3.[3] The store would be expanded and remodeled to P01 between 2001 and 2002, and remodeled to P17 in 2022.[4]
