Venture #131, also known as the Baybrook Venture store, was a Venture discount department store located at Baybrook Gateway, 1001 Bay Area Boulevard in Webster, Texas.[1] The store opened on or around October 10, 1994, formal grand opening ceremony on October 16.[2] It was tied with Venture 143 and Venture 139 for the 10th Venture in the Houston area, and the 17th Venture in Texas. The store closed on or around September 3, 1997.[3][4]
