West Jefferson Avenue is a major north-south commercial road, partially in the city of Trenton, Michigan. It is the primary thoroughfare in downtown Trenton, and runs parallel with the bank of the Detroit River, which is two blocks away for most of the street's length. North of Walnut Street, West Jefferson Avenue is equivalent to 200 in Trenton's addressing system, that is, buildings along cross streets immediately west of West Jefferson have street addresses beginning with 200, while buildings immediately east of it have addresses beginning with 100.
