Woolco #6032 was a Woolco discount department store located at Towne & Country Shopping Center, 4401 South General Bruce Drive in Temple, Texas.[1] The store opened on November 8, 1967 as the first Woolco in Central Texas, the sixth Woolco in Texas, and the 68th Woolco overall.[2] The store ultimately closed on October 25, 1980, when it was replaced by Woolco 6445.[3] It was the third Woolco to close in Texas, and the only Woolco to be replaced by a newer location.[4]
