Kmart #4139 was a Kmart discount department store located at 9334 East R L Thornton Freeway in Dallas, Texas. The store opened on September 22, 1966 as one of the first two Kmart's in the city of Dallas, along with Kmart 4161.[1] By the end of 1998, the store would be converted to Big Kmart. The store ultimately closed on June 2, 2002.[2][3]
