Kmart #4425 was a Kmart discount department store located at Telephone Road Center, 3333 Telephone Road in Houston, Texas.[1] The store opened on November 12, 1970,[2] and predated the shopping center, which opened in 1999. In 1991, the store would be remodeled from a pre-1972 full-size model Kmart, with a grand reopening ceremony on October 10.[3] The store would later be expanded and converted to Big Kmart,[4] and closed on April 13, 2003.[5]
