Kmart #7270 was a Kmart discount department store located at Alta Mesa Village, 3540 Altamesa Boulevard in Fort Worth, Texas. The store opened on September 18, 1980,[1] and would later be expanded from a Group 7 mini Kmart to have the garden center in front of the store. It was converted to Big Kmart in 1998, with a grand re-opening on August 16 of that year.[2] The store ultimately closed on April 13, 2003.[3][4]
