Kmart #7270 was a Kmart discount department store located at Alta Mesa Village, 3540 Altamesa Boulevard in Fort Worth, Texas. The store opened on September 18, 1980.[1] In 1989, the store would be expanded from a Group 7 mini Kmart.[2] In 1998, the store would be converted to Big Kmart, with a grand re-opening ceremony on August 16 of that year.[3] The store ultimately closed on April 13, 2003.[4][5]
