In 1982, the New Haven Banking Center, operated by Southeast Bank and managed by Donald B. Toohill, was built and opened on the site.[2][3]
Pier 1 Imports, store #726, opened at the site in 1990, building a new structure on the property.[4]. Store #726 operated at this location until 2020, when Pier 1 Imports announced the closure of all stores.[5].
