Target T-2139, also known as Westheimer, is a Target discount department store located at Westheimer Towne Center, 8605 Westheimer Road in Houston, Texas.[1] The store opened on July 19, 2006, followed by a formal grand opening ceremony on July 23.[2] In 2011, the store would be remodeled to P09.[3][4]
