Washington Square is a retail and office building located at 5200 Washington Avenue in Racine, Wisconsin.

History

The Milton F. LaPour Land Company received a permit to construct a $228,000 store and office building on the site in October 1967.[1] The Captain's Chair, a barbershop, was one of the first businesses to open in the new development, on April 1, 1968.[2]
